T. William (Bill) Lingo

Managing Principal

Bill has more than 44 years of experience in financial and real estate markets. Obtaining his bachelors from University of Delaware in 1974, Bill spent the following 10 years working in banking, holding management, commercial lending, and appraisal positions at Wilmington Trust.

In 1984, Bill left banking and started full-time for his father at Jack Lingo Inc - Realtor. His current responsibilities include serving as the Broker of Record and managing the Rehoboth office as President of Jack Lingo Inc - Realtor. In addition, Bill remains actively involved in appraising residential subdivisions and commercial property.

Both Bill and the Lingo family have played an integral role, as principal investor, developer, and/or broker, in the development of the greater Lewes and Rehoboth community. These projects total more than 1,000 units and include residential subdivisions such as Wolfe Pointe (permitted and developed), Wolfe Runne (permitted and developed), Hawkseye (permitted and developed), Canal Corkran (permitted and developed), Breakwater (permitted) and Spring Lake (permitted and developed); and commercial developments such as Jungle Jims, Lowes and the Tanger Outlet Centers; and the continuing care retirement community known as Cadbury at Lewes.

Bryce Lingo

Principal

Bryce has been in the real estate business since graduating from the University of Delaware in 1975, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science with an emphasis in Landscape Architecture. With more than 43 years of experience in real estate transactions, Bryce has successfully navigated through numerous business cycles. Over his career, he has consistently been the top producing real estate agent in the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach area, with a focus on the luxury residential market. In addition, Bryce has handled the sale of many landmark commercial properties along the Rt. 1 corridor and thousands of acres of land in Sussex County. Bryce has also played a significant role, along with his brother Bill, in the design, permitting, and development of numerous premier residential and commercial projects throughout Sussex County, Delaware. He currently serves as an associate broker and Vice President of Jack Lingo Inc – Realtor and is the Chairman of J.G. Townsend, Jr & Co., one of the largest farming operations in the state of Delaware.

John Lingo

Principal

John Lingo joined Jack Lingo Inc – Realtor in 1989 after serving 20 years with the Delaware State Police and retiring as Lieutenant Colonel. Working with the company for 29 years, John currently serves as manager of the Lewes office.

Doug Motley, CFA

Principal

Doug brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate and finance to Jack Lingo Asset Management. He leads the financial, capital markets, investor relations, and risk management activities, and is heavily involved in all aspects of the asset management and land development functions as well.

Mr. Motley is the founding principal of Rockford Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm that acquires and manages commercial real estate assets in the mid-Atlantic. Prior to founding Rockford in 2008, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a diversified real estate development firm. Previously, Doug held various management positions in corporate finance and business unit strategy as a Vice President at MBNA Corp (Bank of America). Doug is also a licensed real estate salesperson at Jack Lingo Inc - REALTOR and a Principal of Broadpoint Construction which provides infrastructure and construction management services to industrial, commercial, and residential clients.

A native of Delaware, Doug graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, is a member of the Private Equity CFO Association, and is active with Boys and Girls Clubs of Delaware. Doug holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Nick Hammonds

Principal

Nick has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and real estate investment, development, and operations. He leads Jack Lingo Asset Management’s land development, asset and project management, and construction activities.

In addition to his work at Jack Lingo Asset Management, Mr. Hammonds is a principal of Rockford Capital Partners, a real estate firm that acquires and manages commercial real estate assets in the mid-Atlantic. Nick is also a licensed real estate salesperson at Jack Lingo Inc - REALTOR and a Principal of Broadpoint Construction which provides infrastructure and construction management services to industrial, commercial, and residential clients. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of a regional real estate development firm. Prior to entering real estate, Nick held management positions in Operations at MBNA Corp (Bank of America).

Nick graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a degree in Economics. He is active in the community and serves as a member of several nonprofit boards to include the Delaware Boys and Girls Club Board of Trustees, the Rehoboth Beach Boys and Girls Club Unit Board, and the Big Fish Charitable Foundation.

Shaun Tull

Principal

Shaun has been a licensed real estate agent with Jack Lingo Inc – Realtor since 2003 and was instrumental in the formation of Jack Lingo Asset Management. Over the last 14 years, Shaun has closed more than $1 billion in real estate sales with business partner and Associate Broker, Bryce Lingo. Shaun manages a talented team of agents within the brokerage with a strong focus in the Rehoboth Beach and Lewes market. Shaun’s knowledge of, and real time insights into, the current market dynamics and buyer sentiment contribute to the product design and marketing programs associated with assets managed by Jack Lingo Asset Management.

Shaun is a native of Sussex County and graduated from University of Delaware in 2000.

Mike Randall

Project Manager

Mike Randall brings 35 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and development to the Jack Lingo Asset Management Team. As Project Manager for JLAM he manages all construction field activities.

Prior to joining JLAM, Mike spent 19 years with the national builder, NVR, Inc. (Ryan Homes). He was one of 3 people who were instrumental in the start-up and work involved to create the successful launch of the Delaware Division in 2001. Throughout the years he held various positions as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Corporate Special Projects Coordinator, continuing to be an integral part of the ongoing growth and success of the Division. Prior to NVR, Inc. Mike worked in the Baltimore/Washington area in commercial construction with Coakley Williams and ran operations for his own company.

Mike’s years of knowledge and daily active on-site presence contributes to the steady growth and success of JLAM. Mike has been a part of the Rehoboth area for over 20 years.

Ian Goodenough

Accounting Manager

Ian is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant and has more than 6 years of experience in accounting, financial services, real estate, and fund administration. He leads the accounting function in addition to assisting with financial, capital markets, and investor relations activities.

Ian began his career in public accounting with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause in the Washington DC metro area, specializing in real estate engagements. Prior to joining Jack Lingo Asset Management, Ian worked at JP Morgan where he served as a financial analyst on several multi-billion-dollar real estate investment funds.

Ian is a native of Newark, Delaware and graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Accounting & Finance.

Meghan Kern

Office Manager

Meghan Kern is the Office Manager of Jack Lingo Asset Management. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, she is well equipped to manage numerous daily business operations including community association administration, settlement coordination, vendor administration, and support of the executive team.  

As a Delaware native and a graduate from the University of Delaware, she is happy to keep it local and serve her community. Meghan is a Committee Board member for the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware, assisting with fundraising and event planning to raise money for the clubs within Sussex County.
