JLAM is the sponsor of this 138-unit multi-family project. The 23.25 acre property was acquired as a recorded/approved plan at a significant discount. Georgetown Oaks will provide market rate rental apartments to a significantly undersupplied renter base in eastern and central Sussex County. JLAM structured the transaction, secured the equity and debt financing, and is managing all land development and construction activities. The site construction will began in the Summer of 2018 and building construction commenced in early 2019. All construction is expected to be completed in 2020.
