JLAM recognized the market demand for additional senior housing in Rehoboth and acquired 10 acres of land near the signalized intersection of Plantation and Cedar Grove Roads. Subsequently, JLAM secured a Special Use Exception from Sussex County to construct a facility of up to 160,000 square feet and 144 units. JLAM is working with an experienced senior housing operator to secure final approval on the property, which is expected to occur in 2019.
