JLAM contracted on, permitted, and completed a Brownfield investigation and approval prior to closing on the property in 2019. The Deep Branch Crossing property will consist of +/-47,000 of retail and office space at completion. The property is contiguous with Windward on the River, JLAM’s 264-unit for rent-apartment project, and will be accessible via an internal road connecting the two projects.
